Holidays are over once again. And back to school they go. And kinder. Two happy boys who’ve had a wonderful holiday, catching up with friends and just having a ball (and a fair few McMeals). September is MY favourite holidays too. Having all my boys home and so much life around us. Does anyone outgrow a love of ducklings? This is a bit of a catchup post of what we got up to – what did you do?

Day one – a bit of fun at home – cardboard rocket cubby from BigW – Huge Hit!

A bit of beach to round things out, after a play at the park. Yes, there is a naked child in the water. He’s mine. *shrug*

And who can forget meeting a newborn?Throw in a couple of Grand Finals, a mini holiday at Grandma and Grandpa’s house and having Dad home for a few extra days, and overall this holiday has been a success.
